Our mission is to educate and train Black farmers on the latest techniques of farming for economic improvement and independence, while promoting and marketing their products and providing cultural fellowship.
We empower Florida's Black farmers through education, community news, and legislative representation, ensuring a sustainable future for our agricultural heritage. Our commitment is to bridge the gap between tradition and modern innovation, providing tools for economic resilience.
By fostering a network of collaboration and advocacy, we support agriculturalists in overcoming systemic challenges. We believe that soil health and soil rights are fundamental to the prosperity of our communities and the protection of Florida's natural resources.

Our Vision is to recruit the Black farmers and agriculturalists in the State of Florida into our organization and market their products worldwide, with continuous fellowship and harmony with nature.
We envision a thriving agricultural ecosystem in Florida where Black farmers lead the way in sustainability, ensuring that our heritage, soil, and communities flourish for generations to come.
Our Leadership
We are the State Chapter of the National Black Farmers and agriculturalists Association of Tillery, N.C., which was organized to address issues and concerns of the Black farmers in the United States and internationally.
BFAA-Florida Chapter, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized as a 501(c)(3) entity.
